These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 33bd9 platform and its users. By visiting the 33bd9 website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using 33bd9's services and contact our support team.

Important: This service is for persons aged 21 and above only. No account may be operated without age verification.

Definitions & Interpretations

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as:

"Platform" refers to the 33bd9 website, mobile site, and all related digital services.
"User" or "Member" refers to any person who has created an account on 33bd9 or is using the platform.
"Account" refers to the user's registered personal profile.
"Bonus" refers to any promotional funds or benefits provided by 33bd9.
"Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition of placing a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
"Taka" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Account Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age & Identity

To open an account at 33bd9, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Providing accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration is mandatory. Providing false information will result in the immediate closure of the account and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be temporarily or permanently suspended and bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Verification of Information

33bd9 reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age, and payment method at any time. A National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested for verification. Failure to submit the required documents in a timely manner may delay the withdrawal process.

Please note: Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. 33bd9 will not be held responsible if this information is shared with a third party.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into 33bd9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

Deposited funds must come from the user's own payment account. Deposits from third-party accounts or unknown sources are prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. However, this time may increase if there are verification-related issues.

Before making a withdrawal request, the user must confirm that all wagering conditions on their account have been met. To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement associated with that bonus must be completed.

Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled.
33bd9 reserves the right to carry out additional verification in the case of suspicious transactions.
The payment method used for withdrawal must be the same method used to deposit funds into the account.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
Deposit ৳14,000 or more → bonus capped at ৳10,000 → total balance ৳24,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

A bonus is applicable only once per account.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering conditions have been met.
The validity of all offers and bonuses is set by 33bd9 and is subject to change.
33bd9 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of a terms violation is found.

VIP Program: Regular members can advance through four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% weekly cashback at Platinum.

Gaming Conduct & Prohibited Activities

When using the 33bd9 platform, users must refrain from the following activities:

Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempts to hack the software.
Attempts to unfairly claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
Engaging in collusion with other users.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.

If any such activity is detected, 33bd9 may immediately close the relevant account and forfeit any deposited funds. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may close their account at their own discretion. Please contact the support team to do so. Any pending withdrawals and bonus conditions must be completed before the account is closed.

7.2 Closure by 33bd9

33bd9 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

If any clause of the Terms is violated.
If evidence of false information or forged documents is found.
If information regarding suspicious financial transactions is received.
If age verification fails.
If the account remains inactive for an extended period (where applicable).

Prior to suspension, 33bd9 will endeavour to notify the user where possible. However, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice.
