Play Responsibly at 33bd9
Play for fun — but stay within your limits. 33bd9 always puts your well-being and safety first.
Why Does Responsible Gaming Matter?
Online casino and betting can be a great form of entertainment — when enjoyed in moderation. 33bd9 believes it is essential for every player to stay aware of their limits and treat gaming as entertainment. If gambling causes anxiety or problems instead of enjoyment, it is no longer healthy.
As a safe and trusted platform, 33bd9 is committed to helping you build healthy gaming habits. Our responsible gaming policy and tools are designed specifically so you can always stay in control.
Remember: gambling is for entertainment only. Continuing to play in hopes of recovering lost money, betting with borrowed funds, or using money set aside for essential expenses — these are signs of a problem. 33bd9 is always ready to support you through situations like these.
33bd9's Safety Tools
33bd9 provides several effective tools to keep your gaming experience safe and in control.
Deposit Limit
You can set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A waiting period applies when increasing a limit, which provides an extra layer of protection.
Session Time Limit
Once a set amount of time has passed, the system will automatically alert you or end your session. Setting a daily session limit helps you avoid spending too much time in front of a screen and maintain balance in your personal life.
Loss Limit
Set a maximum amount you can lose within a given period ahead of time. Once that limit is reached, betting stops automatically, eliminating the chance of further impulsive losses.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break, you can take a time-out ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. No betting activity will be possible on your account during a time-out. This is ideal for short breaks.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gambling has become a genuine problem, you can apply for long-term self-exclusion. This option applies for a minimum of six months up to five years. Once self-exclusion is active, your account is fully suspended.
Reality Check Reminder
Pop-up notifications at regular intervals will remind you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent in the session. These smart reminders help you make informed decisions.
Recognise the Signs of Problem Gambling
If any of the following apply to your life, it is time to seek help. There is no shame in it — awareness is the first step.
33bd9's support team is always here for you. Contact us via live chat or email — support is available in both Bengali and English.
- Repeatedly playing to recover lost money — this is "chasing losses" and is the first sign of a serious problem.
- Hiding or lying about your gambling to family, friends, or colleagues.
- Betting with money meant for essential daily expenses such as rent, food, or your child's education.
- Feeling restless, anxious, or irritable when trying to stop gambling.
- Borrowing money from friends or family or facing financial difficulties solely because of gambling.
- Spending excessive time gambling at the expense of sleep, work, or social activities.
- Feeling low or unable to focus on everyday tasks when not placing bets.
Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
Every player should keep these principles in mind and try to follow them.
Treat It as Entertainment
Do not think of gambling as a source of income. It is purely a form of entertainment — just like watching a film or going to a cricket match.
Set a Budget Beforehand
Decide how much money you will spend before you start playing. Stay within that amount — whether you win or lose.
Set a Time Limit
Decide in advance how long you will play each day. When the time is up, stop — and wait for your next session.
Consider Your State of Mind
Do not play when you are upset, tired, or stressed. A clear head leads to better decisions and a more enjoyable experience.
33bd9's Responsible Gaming Policy
Age Verification & 21+ Rule
You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and play any game on 33bd9. We follow an age verification process at registration. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited.
If you suspect someone you know is using the platform while underage, please notify our support team.
Deposit Limits & Withdrawal Policy
The minimum deposit at 33bd9 is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. These limits protect users from unnecessarily large transactions. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
Users can further reduce their personal deposit limits from their account settings. This feature is an important part of responsible gaming.
Self-Exclusion Application Process
To request self-exclusion, contact our support team directly via live chat or send an email to [email protected]. We will process your request promptly. During self-exclusion:
- You will not be able to log in to your account
- No bets or games will be possible
- Any attempt to open a new account will be rejected
- A review process must be completed before reactivation once the period ends
Welcome Bonus & Wagering
33bd9's 150% welcome bonus (up to ৳10,000) is an attractive offer, but always accept bonuses with an understanding of the terms. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning a ৳1,500 bonus requires ৳15,000 in bets. Wagering does not apply to the original deposit amount. Understanding the bonus system is part of responsible gaming.
Keep Your Family Safe
Use parental control software on your device to prevent underage family members from accessing online gambling sites. Keep your password and login details secure. A 33bd9 account is entirely personal — sharing it is not allowed.
Contact Us If You Need Support
